Shipping Policy
- All of our cookies are baked fresh daily. If an order will be delayed we will notify you via telephone or email.
- All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Depending on the destination, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure quality.
- We are not able to ship outside the United States nor are we able to ship to Post Office Boxes, APOs, or FBOs.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
- We are not responsible for damages to packages which are driver released or released without a customer's authorization.
Return Policy
We only accept returns or issue credit for orders we pack incorrectly or packages damaged in transit. Call our store at (518) 381-6165 to report damage within 24 hours of the receipt of your package and we will make the appropriate arrangements with you.
