1. How do I order online?
First choose the product you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can view the contents of your shopping cart in the "mini-cart" on the left side of the page. You can view the details of your cart by clicking on the "View Cart Details" page. Here you can either update the quantity of your order, delete and item, continue shopping or check-out.

Once you have finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page. Then you will be asked for your billing/shipping information. When it is filled out, click the "Confirm Order" button.

At this point, you will taken to a confirmation page for your order. You will also be sent a confirmation email with the details of your order at this point. Click the "Continue to PayPal" button. This will take you to the PayPal website where you can pay using a variety of methods, including credit card. You do not need to sign up for PayPal to pay for your order. After you have paid for your order, you will be returned to the Civitello's website.

2. Can I delete items from my shopping cart?
At any time before you finish the checkout process, you may delete items from your cart that you do not wish to purchase.

3. How will I know Civitello's has received my order?
After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation receipt to acknowledge that your order has been received by Civitello's.

4. How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped Priority Mail via US Postal Service. Shipping can take from 1 to 3 days depending on your location.

5. Can I add a gift message to my package?
Yes. Send us an email at info@civitellos.net with your order number and the message you would like to appear on the package.

6. Is sales tax added to my order?
We are required to charge 8% sales tax to New York State residents. The tax will be applied during the payment process on PayPal's website

7. How long will the cookies remain fresh?
All of our cookies are made with NO PRESERVATIVES. Your selections are baked and hand-packed to order, then sealed to protect freshness during shipping. They are meant to be enjoyed when you receive them. After receiving your cookies they should be eaten within 1-3 days. Cookies can be refrigerated or frozen in proper containers to be kept longer.

  1. All of our cookies are baked fresh daily. If an order will be delayed we will notify you via telephone or email.
  2. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Depending on the destination, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure quality.
  3. We are not able to ship outside the United States or Canada nor are we able to ship to Post Office Boxes, APOs, or FBOs.
  4. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
  5. We are not responsible for damages to packages which are driver released or released without a customer's authorization.

Return Policy

We only accept returns or issue credit for orders we pack incorrectly or packages damaged in transit. Call our store at 518-381-6165 to report damage within 24 hours of the receipt of your package and we will make the appropriate arrangements with you.

Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. The recipient (Civitello's) does not see your credit card or bank account number.

How it works
When you checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal site to enter your payment information. You will then automatically come back to Civitello's website to enter your shipping information.
